We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager - CSA to lead complex construction and capital project initiatives from planning through closeout in Charlotte NC. This role is responsible for overseeing project scope schedule budget stakeholder coordination design management procurement and construction execution while ensuring exceptional client service and project delivery. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills strategic problem-solving abilities and a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all phases of project delivery including planning design procurement construction fit-out and closeout.
  • Manage project scope schedule budget and risk while ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Drive value engineering initiatives and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Lead project teams consultants contractors and key stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop project management plans budgets fee proposals and cost projections.
  • Oversee permitting entitlement zoning and regulatory approval processes.
  • Conduct constructability reviews and provide strategic recommendations throughout project execution.
  • Monitor project performance evaluate scope changes and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Lead contract administration negotiations and claims resolution.
  • Mentor and provide leadership to project management team members while effectively delegating responsibilities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering Architecture Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • 10 years of project management experience within construction engineering or capital project environments.
  • Experience managing large complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of project controls budgeting cost management scheduling and value engineering.
  • Excellent leadership communication and client relationship management skills.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP CCM PE AIA or LEED are preferred.

The salary range for this full-time role is $133100.00-$186366.69 per year. Ranges are determined based on the position geography client and industry experience and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range reflects base salary only and not the total compensation package. Cumming Group reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range depending on a candidates experience skills and qualifications including client requirements.
