Senior Technical Program Manager, Global Tax Services Data

Global Tax Data (GTD) is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Tax AI Production Function a high-impact team responsible for taking Taxs citizen-built AI solutions through governance into production and into sustained operational ownership. You will serve as the single front door for Tax builders seeking production support technical guidance or governance review.

In this role you will catalog Taxs AI solution portfolio assess each solutions governance readiness against Amazons security and compliance requirements and prioritize the intake queue based on controllership risk and business impact. You will navigate app security reviews (ASRs) on behalf of non-engineer builders identify gaps and drive remediation plans to closure and manage cross-functional coordination across security compliance and engineering stakeholders. You will facilitate structured ownership reviews to determine long-term accountability for each solution and publish governance criteria so builders know the requirements before they start.

This is a foundational role where you will define the intake prioritization and governance operating model for Taxs AI portfolio and directly unblock builders who are stuck on compliance processes outside their core expertise.

- 7 years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5 years of technical product or program management experience
- 3 years of software development experience
- 5 years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules

- 5 years of project management disciplines including scope schedule budget quality along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
