About your role:

As a Senior Technical Delivery Lead you will be responsible for delivering integrations for large enterprise clients providing a seamless omni channel experience for their customers. You will be vital to maintaining acceptable levels of service delivery for clients. This includes direct client communication.

This team DDP Digital payoutsprovidedisbursement solutions for Enterprise Government ISV Gaming and other verticals that assist clients and merchants disbursing globally.

You must have off-hours availability from time to time for supporting the production handover andclient field testing.

What youll do:

• Lead all technical aspects of solution delivery for enterprise-scale clients; primarily consisting of:
• Lead from requirements phase onwards on projects.
• Manageall ofthe implementation aspects of large-scale projects
• Partner with the Engineering to design high--quality high--performance solutions with an eye to solving a business need. - Plans / builds / configures solutions within the specified timelines.
• Drive efficiencies in execution processes. - Ensures adherence to established standards and may consult with senior managers on technology solutions.
• Own assigning of resources and delegating tasks to meet project deliverables.
• Review system test plans and results to ensure a comprehensive approach to delivering quality technology solutions to the business.
• Address all reported defects within a timely fashion.
• Coordinate production handover.
• Ensure adherence to architectural standards/principles global product-specific guidelines usability design standards etc.
• Develop understanding and encouragement of teams engineering innovation and improvement (engineering practices DevOps etc.)
• Drive process automation initiatives to streamline workflows reduce manual effort and improve delivery efficiency across the team

Experience youll need to have:

• 6 years of experience in Java Spring Framework Hibernate / JPA
• 6 years of experience in Relational Databases RESTful and Web services as well as Linux.
• 6 years of experience in cloud technologies specifically Pivotal Cloud Foundry and container architectures.
• 1 years of hands-on experience building AI-powered tools to enhance manual processes to streamline time based outcomes. This should have been from complex data where ideation drove innovation.
• Bachelors degree in computer science engineering or a related field or an equivalent combination of education work and/or military experience

Experience that would be great to have:

• Experience in the payments or financial domain

Important information about this role:

• This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
