Senior Tax Manager

• Progress on a partner track toward becoming co-head of the tax department
• Manage and lead the tax departments operations
• Oversee and review high-net-worth individual and family tax returns
• Coordinate and review gift estate and fiduciary tax returns
• Advise closely held businesses on compliance and planning
• Develop new business and expand services to existing clients
• Supervise train and mentor staff
• Stay current on tax issues and business trends

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or a related field
• CPA certification
• 10 years of public accounting tax experience
• 5 years supervising and mentoring staff
• Strong experience with individual income tax and business taxation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Masters in Accounting or Taxation
• Experience with estate (Form 706) and Form 990
• Several years of client-facing experience
