Senior Tax Manager

Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Tax Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. This on-site role is based in Chandler AZ and involves overseeing all aspects of tax compliance planning and preparation for diverse clients across different industries. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing tax returns developing tax strategies collaborating with clients on tax-related matters addressing compliance issues and staying up-to-date on tax laws and regulations to provide expert advice. The role also involves mentoring junior staff and ensuring the team meets deadlines efficiently.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Tax Planning advanced Tax Compliance strategies and Tax Preparation
• Strong understanding of Tax Law and experience applying it to diverse industries
• Proficiency in guiding clients on regulatory Tax matters and managing audits
• Leadership skills with the ability to supervise mentor and collaborate with team members effectively
• Exceptional analytical problem-solving and organizational skills
• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field; CPA designation required
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in tax management or a similar role
• Experience with business tax software and a working knowledge of industry-standard accounting tools
