We are seeking a highly driven consultative and results oriented Recruiter who excels at partnering with business leaders influencing talent decisions and proactively identifying exceptional talent in competitive markets. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to Deluxe hiring managers while leveraging innovative sourcing strategies to attract engage and hire top tier candidates.
The ideal candidate is more than a recruiter. They are a strategic talent consultant who understands business priorities workforce planning talent market dynamics and how to build pipelines of diverse high-caliber talent before hiring needs arise.
Develop strong relationships with senior leadership throughout the organization to help drive and influence results for the function. Consult with HR and business leadership to identify emerging workforce trends business needs and builda talent acquisition pipelinefor the various skillsets in the organization.
Sourceselect andsecure top candidates through a full life cycle recruiting processensuring that every candidate has an unrivaled candidate experience.
Consult and partner with HR and Business Leaders to create strategic recruitment and hiring solutions
Develop andimplement strategic marketing campaigns to attractleadershiptalent
Basic Qualifications (BQs)
Education and Experience: Bachelors and 7 years or HS/GED and 11 years
Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
Education: Bachelors inHuman Resourcesor Business
Experience:8years of experienceintalent acquisitionincluding 3 years of technology or sales recruiting
Additional Basic Qualifications:
