Senior Systems Architect HWSW Solutions

Job Description:

Duties: Perform semiconductor design engineering duties including design development and testing for firm products and devices in conjunction with product development for the electronic communications industry. Responsible for leading a team to develop low-level firmware solutions and develop best practices for delivering enablement SW along with HW IP. Assist in managing the interaction between HW and SW teams in developing standard practices. Drive low level firmware solutions and support HW and SW IP usage and debug. Establish ways to ensure compatibility across IP versions and help to leverage FW development across programs. 5% international travel reqd to (not exhaustive) Germany Romania Czech Republic China & India.

Qualifications:

Masters degree in Electrical Engineering Electronics Engineering Computer Engineering Information Technology foreign equivalent or related field.

Five (5) years of experience in job offered Software Developer Application Engineer Firmware Architect or related occupation..

Required skills:

Position requires experience in:

1. Embedded software development;

2. Microcontrollers;

3. Oscilloscopes

4. Debugging and Firmware tools;

5. Design and architect firmware solution or development;

6. Gitlab

7. C or C Programming;

8. Firmware validation; and

9. SW flows and methodologies

Salary: $215000 per year.
