Senior Supply Chain Manager, R2L Supply Chain SSD CA

We are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager to join our dynamic this role you will handle ambiguous initiatives independently using domain expertise to define problems determine goals and design long-term solutions for our ultra-fast fulfillment network in Canada.

You will work both tactically and strategically driving innovation and solving complex problems in supply chain planning launch and network optimization

Key job responsibilities
- Independently manage complex supply chain initiatives with considerable impact
- Design and deliver end-to-end solutions for complex supply chain challenges in our fast-paced fulfillment environment
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership writing strategic narratives and communicating across diverse functions
- Develop and implement long-term supply chain strategies that balance speed cost and service performance
- Mitigate long-term risks and make strategic trade-offs between short and long-term needs
- Drive process improvements that impact long-term organizational goals across programs and potentially multiple countries
- Lead supply chain modeling and design projects from concept through implementation and scaling
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Operations Finance Product Technology and Science to optimize supply chain performance
- Develop new processes and mechanisms for the organization while driving operational excellence
- Navigate and resolve contentious issues across stakeholder teams building consensus and influencing without authority
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify root causes and implement scalable solutions
- Negotiate complex agreements and manage supplier relationships to reduce risk and optimize performance

About the team
We are passionate about revolutionizing the delivery experience through innovative fulfillment solutions that enable speed. Our collaborative team combines analytical expertise with creative problem-solving to build and optimize our network to ensure we have capacity for long-term customer demand. We partner closely with Retail Finance Real Estate Tech and Operations teams to create sustainable solutions that delight customers. This role will lead Canada Speed programs from a Supply Chain perspective which would span across Topology LTCP POR Generation and as we begin to launch buildings include the IB and S&OP Execution related tasks

- 5 years of program or project management experience
- 5 years of supply chain experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership

- 2 years of driving process improvements experience
- Masters degree or MBA in business operations human resources adult education organizational development instructional design or related field

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
