Were looking for:

- Experience managing commercial construction projects with a General Contractor.

- Located in the Greater Atlanta area or willingness to relocate.

-Background as a lead Superintendent on Hotel Mixed-Use Industrial or Multifamily (non-wood frame) projectsof $100mm.

- Experience supervising Superintendent-level personnel.

- Proficiency in Near-Term Scheduling Safety &Subcontractor Management.
