About the Role

TheSenior Superintendent leads field operations on large-scale hotel mixed-useindustrial and multifamily projects planning supervising and executingconstruction to ensure a safe orderly and efficient thisentrepreneurial role youll lead other Superintendents and help drive Winterscontinued growth into larger projects for private clients.

Responsibilities

• Plan supervise and execute all field operations on $50m projects maintaining a safe clean and efficient jobsite
• Lead schedule development and near-term planning with subcontractors proactively resolving risks to keep milestones on track
• Direct subcontractor coordination and quality control including inspections water management and a continuous punch process
• Lead train and develop Superintendents Assistant Superintendents and field staff
• Manage field budgets and subcontractor pay applications and support preconstruction buyout and pursuits of new work

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial construction projects for a general contractor
• Background as a lead Superintendent on hotel mixed-use industrial or multifamily projects of $50M
• Experience supervising Superintendent-level personnel
• Proficiency in near-term scheduling safety and subcontractor management
• Based in the Greater Atlanta area or willing to relocate
