• 5 consecutive years of experience behind the chair

• Luxury or high-end salon training and experience

• Experience with client rebooking retail recommendations and client retention

Schedule & Availability

Were looking for stylists with flexibility to work approximately 4 days per week including evenings weekends and holidays during peak business hours.

Our onboarding process recognizes your existing experience with the potential to shorten or completely test out of training depending on your skills and qualifications.

What Youll Need

• Active Illinois Cosmetology License

• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining a clientele

• A passion for luxury service and guest satisfaction

• Flexibility to meet salon scheduling needs
