Senior Specialist Procurement Facilitiesis responsible for supporting the sourcing negotiation and category management of Facilities Services categories for ADC in the US. Supports supplier management contract administration spend analysis and stakeholder engagement to ensure cost-effective compliant and reliable facilities operations.

This is an onsite opportunity based out of Alameda CA.

What Youll Work On

  • Execute sourcing activities for Facilities Services categories including maintenance janitorial security workplace services and related service categories.
  • Conduct supplier evaluations competitive bidding events and support contract negotiations to deliver value and mitigate risk.
  • Partner with Facilities Engineering Finance EHS Legal and other stakeholders to support procurement objectives and operational requirements.
  • Monitor supplier performance resolve service issues and support supplier continuity planning.
  • Track cost drivers usage trends savings opportunities and procurement performance metrics.
  • Maintain procurement documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Required Qualifications

  • Associates degree
  • 4 years of experience in sourcing procurement supplier management or related business experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience operating in a highly regulated environment.
  • Indirect procurement and Facilities Services sourcing experience preferred.
  • Strong negotiation collaboration contract management analytical and stakeholder engagement skills.

The base pay for this position is

$90000.00 $180000.00

In specific locations the pay range may vary from the range posted.
