Location: NYC or SF in-person 4 days/week (Mon-Thu)

About the role
Miter builds software for construction and field services. We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help us scale our platform.

What youll do

• Build and maintain full-stack features
• Design and implement scalable APIs and services
• Collaborate with product design and data teams
• Optimise performance and reliability
• Mentor junior engineers
• Contribute to architecture decisions

What were looking for
Essential

• 5 years of software engineering experience
• Strong full-stack skills (TypeScript React or similar)
• Experience with databases and cloud services
• Must already be authorised to work in the US. No sponsorship
• Must be in-person 4 days/week in NYC or SF

Nice to have

• Experience in construction or field-services software
• Startup experience
