Senior Software Engineer – Full Stack

About the Opportunity

Premier Global Links LLC is recruiting a Senior/Staff Software Engineer for a growing AI-first technology company transforming mortgage lending through intelligent workflow automation.

The company has processed more than $85 billion in mortgage volume and is expanding its engineering team to build scalable AI-powered products that simplify complex lending operations.

This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer who enjoys solving challenging technical problems building production-ready software and owning projects from architecture through deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop test and deploy scalable full-stack applications using TypeScript React and GraphQL.
• Architect and build AI-powered workflows and reliable mission-critical software systems.
• Design and scale high-throughput distributed systems and cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Develop and optimize PostgreSQL schemas queries and data-intensive applications.
• Build and maintain APIs and integrations with third-party services.
• Improve system reliability security observability performance and automated testing.
• Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform and support containerized applications with Docker.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Contribute to technical architecture code quality and engineering best practices.
• Mentor other engineers while remaining actively involved in hands-on development.

Required Qualifications

• 725 years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in senior-level engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on experience building and deploying full-stack web applications.
• Advanced proficiency in TypeScript with demonstrated examples of complex production systems.
• Professional experience with React GraphQL/Apollo and PostgreSQL.
• Experience designing scaling and operating distributed systems in cloud environments.
• Hands-on AWS experience and familiarity with infrastructure as code particularly Terraform.
• Experience taking software features from design and implementation through production deployment.
• Strong understanding of application security system reliability testing and performance optimization.
• Experience working in a technology company where software is a core product.
• Ability to work remotely while collaborating effectively with teams operating in U.S. time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a high-growth technology company startup or venture-backed organization.
• Background in fintech mortgage technology lending platforms or financial software.
• Experience designing and scaling complex relational database schemas.
• Familiarity with AI product development including evaluation experimentation and dataset curation.
• SRE-oriented mindset focused on reliability observability and reducing operational overhead.
• Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to architecture decisions.
• An active GitHub profile or relevant personal software projects.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual compensation range: $150000$350000.
