A strong Senior Engineer with experience in tech transformation operating model set up and experience in designing developing and overseeing the implementation of AI automation solutions that streamline business processes using artificial intelligence (AI) workflow orchestration and process automation. Key duties include:

Tailored Implementation: Customizing Automation solutions - Gen AI Process Automation platforms to function effectively in the business functions unique Troubleshooting: Solving complex technical blockers and debugging issues during deployment acting as a liaison between business function needs and the product engineering u0026 Innovation: Evaluate emerging technologies such as AI/ML IoT and cloud computing to drive continuous improvement in efficiency and Engagement: Act as a technical thought leader influencing C-suite decision-making through data-driven insights and executive storytelling. nBusiness Function Embedding: Working alongside business functions to deeply understand their workflows and pain Integration: Deploying and operationalizing AI agents and complex data models within production Team Leadership: Manage cross-functional global teams (engineering IT operations) and steer vendor performance to ensure projects are delivered on time on budget and Development: Feeding customer insights back to the internal development team to improve the core platform.

6 years experience in application development with proven track record of developing highly reliable and scalable in building solutions using understanding of object oriented techniques algorithms Java design patterns and reusable component analysis problem solving and troubleshooting skillsnExperience in Customizing Automation solutions - Gen AI Process Automation platforms to function effectively in the business functions unique as a technical thought leader influencing leadership decision-making through data-driven insights and executive storytelling.

Passion for the customer user experience and actioning user in to use GenAI to build innovative prioritization and scheduling to deal with to detail and the ability to master new applications and technologies to thrive in a collaborative working environment within your team and analysis problem solving and troubleshooting on delivering with high quality code with unit and integration understanding of relational and no-SQL database -on exposure to Agile for operational excellence and effective communication with cross-functional / MS in Computer Science Software Engineering or equivalent.
