Job Summary
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Engineering Landscape Architecture or a related field.
8 years of relevant experience in civil engineering site development or land development projects.
4 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
PE AICP or other relevant professional certification preferred/required as applicable.
Experience managing project budgets schedules design deliverables and client relationships.
Knowledge of site planning utilities stormwater management and construction documentation.
Proficiency in CAD and industry-related software.
Strong leadership communication presentation and project management skills.
Ability to manage projects independently and coordinate with clients consultants and regulatory agencies.
