Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled professional with strong experience in ServiceNow platform development administration and support along with hands-on expertise in Mitamirri Management Studio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop configure and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Implement and support ServiceNow workflows business rules client scripts UI policies and integrations.
• Manage incidents requests changes and service catalog configurations within ServiceNow.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries stored procedures views and reports using SQL Server Management Studio.
• Perform data analysis troubleshooting and database performance tuning.
• Support data migration transformation and integration activities between ServiceNow and external systems.
• Create dashboards reports and KPIs to support business and operational requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with ITSM best practices and organizational standards.
• Participate in system upgrades patching testing and release management activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Candidate must have experience in Mitamirri Management Studio.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow ITSM modules workflows Service Catalog Flow Designer and integrations.
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
• Advanced SQL skills including query development stored procedures functions and performance optimization.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.
• Knowledge of JavaScript HTML CSS and ServiceNow scripting.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
