Senior ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with 7 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience to design develop and enhance enterprise ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ITSM ITOM CMDB Discovery Service Mapping SAM Pro HAM Pro and enterprise platform integrations.

This role requires strong hands-on development skills in JavaScript Flow Designer Integration Hub REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server along with experience building scalable workflows automations and integrations. Exposure to AWS Terraform and LeanIX is preferred.

• Implement Discovery and Service Mapping for infrastructure visibility.
• Support Software Asset Management (SAM Pro) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro) implementations.
• Design secure integrations with cloud platforms and third-party enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with architects business analysts and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues perform root cause analysis and optimize platform performance.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or related field.
• 7 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

• Strong JavaScript programming skills.
