Senior Security Engineer – Identity & Access Management (IAM)

Key Responsibilities

• Design implement and optimize enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions.
• Develop technical standards security architectures and IAM best practices aligned with organizational objectives.
• Lead IAM initiatives from planning and design through implementation and operational support.
• Partner with infrastructure cloud networking and application teams to integrate identity security into enterprise systems.
• Ensure IAM platforms remain highly available secure scalable and resilient.
• Evaluate emerging IAM technologies and recommend improvements that strengthen security and operational efficiency.
• Support identity lifecycle management authentication authorization privileged access and governance initiatives.
• Serve as the technical escalation point for complex IAM issues and provide Tier III engineering support.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance across security and IT teams.
• Collaborate with technology vendors regarding licensing upgrades product enhancements and support.
• Participate in architectural reviews and contribute to long-term identity and security roadmaps.
• Develop project plans implementation schedules technical documentation and effort estimates.
• Assist with budgeting forecasting and technology planning related to IAM initiatives.
