Senior SAP EWM/MM Consultant

Location: Columbia South Carolina (Hybrid)

Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Senior SAP EWM/MM Consultant on behalf of our client in Columbia South Carolina. This role will support the stabilization and optimization of warehouse and logistics operations within a SAP S/4HANA environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Materials Management (MM) with a proven ability to troubleshoot complex logistics issues support business users and drive operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 application support for SAP Logistics solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP EWM MM and related logistics processes.

• Investigate and address warehouse execution challenges inventory discrepancies and inbound/outbound processing errors.

• Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective actions.

• Support post-go-live stabilization activities within a SAP S/4HANA landscape.

• Deliver minor system enhancements and process improvements.

• Collaborate with warehouse logistics manufacturing and business stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including integration and support teams to resolve complex issues efficiently.

• Manage incidents service requests and change activities in accordance with support processes and service level expectations.

Required Qualifications

• 6 years of SAP consulting or support experience.

• Strong hands-on expertise in:

  • SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)

  • SAP Materials Management (MM)

• Working knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and cross-functional logistics processes.

• Experience providing Application Management Services (AMS) support including incident resolution problem management and enhancement delivery.

• Solid understanding of warehouse inventory procurement and logistics operations.

• Experience working within SAP S/4HANA environments.

• Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting post-implementation or post-go-live stabilization projects.

• Manufacturing industry experience.

• Knowledge of integrations across SAP logistics and supply chain modules.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced collaborative support environment.
