As our Salesforce Developer you will own the development and administration of a Salesforce environment supporting more than 350 users across multiple departments. You will design build test and deploy scalable solutions using Apex Lightning Web Components integrations and automation while translating business needs into effective technical solutions. Youll also help maintain a clean high-performing Salesforce ecosystem and proactively identify opportunities to improve and scale the platform.

As our Salesforce Developer you will own the development and administration of a Salesforce environment supporting more than 350 users across multiple departments. You will design build test and deploy scalable solutions using Apex Lightning Web Components integrations and automation while translating business needs into effective technical solutions. Youll also help maintain a clean high-performing Salesforce ecosystem and proactively identify opportunities to improve and scale the platform.
Accountable For
- Configure Lightning prototypes and demos.
- Coordinate the evaluation scope and completion of new development requests.
- Design and develop standard and custom components in the Lightning framework.
- Proactively identify opportunities for building scalable solutions.
- Understand company demands and translate them into design specifications.
- Serve as primary system administrator/developer for the Salesforce environment with over 350 users and multiple department-specific platforms.
- Housekeeping tasks to keep the org clean and organized.
Your Skills
- 5 years minimum experience in Salesforce development and administration.
- Salesforce certifications preferred (Platform Developer I and II JavaScript Developer I Administrator Platform App Builder).
- Experience developing page layouts user permissions object and data permissions.
- Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on salesforce and all upstream and downstream applications systems and processes.
- Experience with Apex Classes Apex Triggers Visualforce Pages/Components and Lightning Web Components.
- Experience with refactoring automation. (Workflow Rules Process builders etc.)
- Ability to understand large amounts of data and translate into graphs and charts.
- Able to plan build test and deploy new integrations.
- Confident in communicating effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
