Our challenge

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in the Salesforce platform and hands-on experience with Agentforce (Salesforce AI-driven solutions and automation). The candidate will be responsible for building scalable CRM solutions leveraging AI capabilities and enhancing customer and agent experiences through intelligent automation.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other accordance with law the base salary for this role if filled within Alpharetta GA is$115k - $118k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities:

• Design develop and implement solutions on Salesforce (Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud)
• Build and optimize Agentforce AI solutions including virtual agents automation flows and intelligent service processes.
• Develop custom components using (Apex Triggers SOQL/SOSL Lightning Web Components (LWC) / Aura)
• Configure and manage Flows Process Builder and workflow automation
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs
• Leverage Einstein AI / Agentforce capabilities to improve business processes and customer engagement
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
• Perform code reviews troubleshoot issues and optimize performance
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices governance and security standards

Requirements:

• Overall 5 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Apex LWC Visualforce & Salesforce Flows & automation tools
• Proven experience with Agentforce / Salesforce AI / Einstein AI
• Experience working with Service Cloud (case management omni-channel automation)
• Strong understanding of data modeling sharing rules and security architecture
• Experience in Salesforce integrations
• Familiarity with version control and CI/CD tools (Copado Gearset etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced client-facing environment
• Focus on delivering scalable high-quality solutions
• Salesforce Certifications Platform Developer I/II
• AI / Einstein / Agentforce certifications (preferred)
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or AI-based automation
• Exposure to chatbots conversational AI and virtual agent solutions
• Prior experience in Agile/Scrum environments

Preferred but not required:

• Experience in Financial Services / Fintech domain
• Knowledge of Omni-Channel routing Service Console and CRM
