Senior Reliability Engineer

Provide technical assistance in resolving equipment design operation and maintenance problems.
Assistsin formulating implementing maintaining and auditing Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Diagnostic Maintenance (PDM) programs.
Assist Operations Product Control and Maintenance Departments in developing procedures training and processes to ensure equipment is operated within its design parameters.
Advise engineering on new capital designs and installations to ensure that equipment reliability operability and maintainability are addressed.
Develop and review equipment specifications and standards for reliability improvement.
Develop and track cost justifications for reliability improvement.
Provide Refinery support during planned and unplanned outages including availability to respond to and support critical business needs during off-hours evenings weekends and holidays as required
Performs all duties following the safety rules and guidelines established by the Refinery.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelors or higher level degree in Engineering required.
5 years of engineering experience in reliability or maintenance required.

Preferred Requirements:

Bachelors or higher level degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
