What Youll Do:

Were hiring a senior full-cycle recruiter to run searches across Revenue GTM (Pre/Post Sales - Solutions Architect roles with secondary coverage for G&A as bandwidth allows (e.g. Marketing Legal People Ops IT Procurement Executive Support). Youll partner with senior leaders to shape hiring plans run efficient recruiting processes and deliver strong vetted pipelines on tight timelines.

About the role:

In this role you will own full-cycle hiring for GTM and Biz/Ops roles including intake calibration sourcing candidate assessment offer strategy and close. You will also flex to G&A requisitions as bandwidth permits building pipelines and running structured processes for Finance Legal People Ops IT Procurement and Executive Support. Youll advise hiring managers on scoping leveling compensation bands interview design and decision quality while running structured fair processes that improve pass-through quality. Success in this role requires operating by the numbers championing candidate experience collaborating cross-functionally with People Ops/HRBPs Finance and Legal and continuously improving recruiting tools process quality and market intelligence.

Who You Are:
  • 5 years of full-cycle recruiting including GTM (Marketing/Revenue) and Business & Operations roles in high-growth tech or adjacent industries.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting G&A roles (Finance Legal People/HR Admin/EA IT Procurement).
  • Success hiring across Manager/Director levels and hard-to-fill specialties.
  • Expert intake/calibration skills; you translate fuzzy needs into crisp profiles and assessment plans.
  • Strong offer strategy/closing chops with data-informed guidance on compensation leveling and risk tradeoffs.
  • Data fluency: manage a funnel forecast timelines and drive decisions with metrics.
  • Systems: ATS (e.g. Greenhouse) LinkedIn Recruiter Gem Tableau.
  • Context switching: ability to move seamlessly between GTM and G&A portfolios while maintaining quality and speed.

The base salary range for this role is $127000 to $168000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge skills experience and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining addition to base salary our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus equity awards and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
