What we are looking for: Aldridge is seeking an experienced energetic and self-starting Senior Recruiter to identify and secure top-tier talent ensuring an optimal fit for both the candidate and our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in recruitment with specific expertise in the Transportation Mission Critical and Power sectors. What youll do: Responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process sourcing and hiring best-in-class talent. Acts as a talent advisor during all stages of the recruiting process working with hiring managers as a partner to develop strategies and maximize tools with a consultative approach. Takes full ownership of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and expertly navigates hiring bottlenecks. Ensures a frictionless white-glove candidate experience through clear communication expectation setting and transparent feedback with candidates through onboarding. Builds long-term proactive relationships with passive talent (including craft and field as required) so roles can be filled efficiently as business needs scale. Independently makes recommendations on offers drives the negotiation process and closes candidates. Meets monthly hiring goals by filling open positions with talented qualified candidates that reflect our core values. Owns personal recruiting KPI tracking and reports on pipeline health time-to-hire source of hire and quality of hire to Director Talent Acquisition. Regularly presents trend findings and recommendations to division/department leadership with a high level of confidence supported by data. Team culture champion that provides guidance and mentorship to teammates driving team success. Supports all efforts to maintain company branding and employer of choice status. Identifies areas for process improvement confidently and proactively presents findings to leadership and drives projects to completion to implement solutions. Ensures compliance with federal state and local employment laws and regulations and company policies Who you are: We are pursuing experienced professionals with the following qualifications: Bachelors degree in business Human Resource Management Communication or another related field or equivalent experience in recruiting human resources or construction. Minimum of 8 years experience in HR recruitment. Proven track record recruiting for complex Transportation Mission Critical or Power construction roles. Expert knowledge of recruitment best practices and current market trends. Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels and actively champion company culture. Proven success managing end-to-end recruitment projects and solving complex hiring challenges. Strong time management skills with a consistent track record of high-quality work in fast-paced environments. Highly organized with a consistent ability to manage competing priorities and meet strict deadlines. Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build rapport across all levels of the organization. Experienced in managing internal stakeholders and partner agency relationships including optimizing vendor costs for difficult-to-fill requisitions. Advanced or expert understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems Cornerstone preferred. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Excellent judgment of character and decision-making skills. Proven discretion in handling highly sensitive and confidential information. What we offer: The annual base pay for this role is between $90000 - $115000. The actual pay is dependent upon many factors including: location work experience education training transferable skills business needs and market conditions. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. The role may also be eligible for a bonus.
