Senior Quality Analyst Engineer

This is an opportunity to join a highly collaborative self-managing Agile team building and maintaining a global veterinary laboratory information system. The system supports thousands of employees and a high volume line of business with software that integrates directly into live laboratory workflows where accuracy and reliability are paramount. This role combines elements of analysis quality engineering process stewardship and team collaboration requiring a candidate who thrives in complexity and values correctness and ownership.

• Strong understanding of the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to analyze requirements identify gaps and surface unstated assumptions
• Experience in software application testing with a solid grasp of test strategy planning and scoping
• Prior work experience in the veterinary or laboratory information systems industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

• Experience with laboratory workflows or diagnostic systems
• Experience testing custom web applications and APIs
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and cloud-hosted application concepts

• Collaborate with analysts to elicit and elaborate requirements for laboratory workflows and data scenarios
• Perform exploratory testing on in-progress work with attention to laboratory data accuracy and process fidelity
• Define and communicate what should be covered by automated tests and why
• Maintain awareness of multiple in-flight workstreams simultaneously
• Contribute to a team culture of continuous improvement through honest constructive feedback
