Senior QA Lead Data Engineering & Analytics Testing Retail domain is mandatory

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or related field.

7 years of experience in QA Data Warehouse Testing ETL Testing or Data Quality Validation.

Strong experience with:

Snowflake

Databricks

Azure Data Factory (ADF)

Azure Data Lake

SQL

Extensive experience in Data Warehouse and ETL/ELT testing.

Strong understanding of Medallion Architecture and modern data platforms.

Expertise in source-to-target mapping validation and data reconciliation testing.

Experience validating complex business rules and data transformations.

Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Experience leading QA teams and coordinating testing activities across projects.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Python and PyTest automation experience.

Experience with Snowflake Data Quality Monitoring and Data Metric Functions (DMFs).

Exposure to Power BI or reporting validation.

Knowledge of Data Governance and Data Quality frameworks.

Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.

Experience developing data quality dashboards and monitoring solutions.

Basic exposure to Selenium or UI testing is a plus but not required.
