Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Tester (Senior QA Engineer) to lead quality assurance activities across the software development lifecycle.

This role is responsible for test planning test automation functional and integration testing defect management and ensuring the delivery of high-quality reliable applications.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical testing expertise automation experience leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with business and development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning design and execution of test strategies test plans and test cases. Perform functional integration regression system end-to-end and user acceptance testing support.

Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts. Validate APIs databases integrations and backend processes. Identify document track and verify software defects.

Collaborate with product owners business analysts developers and support teams to ensure quality requirements are met.

Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to quality improvements throughout the SDLC. Mentor junior QA engineers and promote testing best practices.

Support release validation production verification and hypercare activities. Drive continuous improvement of QA processes tools and automation.

Technical Skills:

Must Have Ability to ensure teams adherence to Agile processes and best practices while adapting to particular team needs Automation Testing Data Quality Assurance Knowledge of Salesforce Testing Nice To Have Agile Quality Assurance
