Senior Project Planner, Minerals & Metals US

We are seeking a Senior Planner in Henderson NV. The Senior Planner will lead the development implementation and maintenance of project planning and scheduling systems to support successful delivery of studies and execution projects. Provide schedule leadership progress assessment forecasting and schedule analytics to project management and client teams.

• Develop maintain and control integrated project schedules from study through execution.
• Establish planning and scheduling procedures standards and reporting requirements.
• Perform critical path analysis schedule risk assessments and schedule recovery evaluations.
• Monitor progress analyze schedule performance and identify emerging risks and opportunities.
• Prepare schedule forecasts and provide recommendations to support project decision-making.
• Interface with engineering procurement construction project controls and client teams to ensure schedule alignment.
• Develop progress measurement systems and produce regular schedule status reports.
• Support project execution planning phase transitions and gate reviews.
• Provide guidance training and functional leadership to project planners and schedulers.
• Support staffing forecasts and resource planning activities for planning and scheduling functions.

• 1015 years of project planning and scheduling experience on large capital projects.
• Demonstrated experience developing schedules for mining studies FEED detailed engineering and EPCM execution projects.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 and schedule reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of engineering procurement construction and commissioning workflows.
• Experience performing critical path what-if and schedule risk analyses.
• Ability to interface effectively with project managers engineering managers discipline leads and clients.
• Mining minerals processing or heavy industrial project experience strongly preferred.

Expected compensation range is between $110700 - $120600 annually depending on skills experience and geographical location.
