What Youll Do:

Manage and direct large revenue projects while maintaining the companys reputation for quality
Negotiate fair profitable project cost and design with owners engineers and general contractors
Perform design calculations and prepare equipment/material specifications leading to construction documents
Coordinate the work of general contractors subcontractors inspectors and designers to meet project requirements
Monitor project labor and material budgets; support startup troubleshooting and punch list closeout

Must-Have Qualifications:

15 years of project management experience in HVAC plumbing and mechanical piping
Well-rounded construction experience in plumbing/piping sheet metal prefabrication and HVAC projects
Experience working with general contractors owners and mechanical subcontractors
Understanding of the HVAC commissioning process
Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) preferred
