Senior Project Manager – Hospitality & Hotel Construction

Job Summary:
Lead hospitality construction projects from preconstruction through completion ensuring projects meet budget schedule quality and client expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project budgets schedules contracts and procurement.

• Oversee construction activities from start to finish.

• Coordinate with owners architects subcontractors and project teams.

• Identify issues and resolve project challenges.

• Ensure quality standards and timely project completion.

• Mentor and support project team members.

Requirements:

• 10 years of project management experience with a commercial general contractor.

• Hospitality construction experience preferably hotels or resorts.

• Strong knowledge of construction budgets contracts scheduling and procurement.

• Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work onsite and support projects in the DFW area.

• Construction-related degree preferred or equivalent experience.
