Senior Project Manager

Lead complex water treatment projects from conception to completion! 

As Sr. Project Manager youll guide a talented team of engineers and professionals through every phasefrom contract signature through design vendor selection fabrication installation and startup. Youll be the primary point of accountability to both clients and leadership for technical and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all project activities in partnership with Lead Engineers and Sourcing Project Leaders
• Champion quality and safety standards across every project phase
• Ensure delivery on commitments while maintaining scope schedule and budget discipline
• Manage stakeholder expectations with clients vendors and internal teams
• Provide strategic project oversight and guidance to cross-functional teams
• Maintain accurate project status reporting and financial tracking.

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Economics or equivalent field
• 10 years of project management experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or ability to obtain within 1 year
• Strong foundation in engineering principles
• Exceptional planning organization and time management skills
• Clear concise communication abilities
• Proven ability to lead expert teams and exercise sound judgment in ambiguous situations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing Engineering Procurement & Construction (EPC) contracts
• Background in industrial process systems (water treatment chemical oil & gas or power)
• Fluency in French Spanish Chinese or other languages
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

• Compensation is tied to the market for similarly bench-marked roles. The range is not an absolute but a guide and offers will be based on the individual candidates knowledge skills experience and market conditions as well as internal peer equity. Depending upon all the preceding considerations for the final selected individual candidate the offer may be lower or higher than the stated range: USD$95000 - $120000 annually
