Responsibilities:

Manage the full project lifecycle for multiple concurrent program and construction management projects from planning and design through construction and closeout.

Develop mentor and manage the performance of project staff providing regular coaching feedback and professional development support.

Oversee project budgets schedules staffing plans and resource allocation to ensure on-time on-budget delivery.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring proactive communication responsiveness and overall client satisfaction.

Assist leadership with operational needs of the department or office including workload and staffing planning process improvement and internal reporting.

Review design and construction documents to ensure quality standards budget alignment and schedule compliance.

Support proposal development interview preparation and other business development activities as needed.

Identify project and operational risks and develop and implement mitigation strategies.

Ensure project teams comply with contract requirements safety standards and company policies and procedures.

Foster a collaborative high-performing team culture consistent with company values.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Architecture Engineering Construction Management or a related field.

Minimum of 8-10 years of project management experience in construction or program management.

Proven experience directly managing developing and mentoring project staff.

Demonstrated ability to support operational functions such as staffing resource planning and process improvement.

PMP certification preferred.

Proficiency with project management and scheduling software (e.g. Procore MS Project Primavera P6).

Strong leadership organizational and communication skills.

Experience with public sector or government clients preferred.

Salary range: $140000 - $160000/yearly (dependent on years of experience competency travel requirements)
