Senior Project Manager Construction

Summary:

The Construction Senior Project Manager is responsible for all preconstruction and construction related aspects of construction projects including the day-to-day activities and responsibilities involved during the various phases of planning site preparation design construction and transition in and out of the space. Drives decisions related to design constructability budget schedule and other project related matters. Effectively establishes priorities for the completion of projects on time within budget and schedules all resources needed accordingly.

Qualifications:

• 8 years of construction or project management related experience with progressive responsibilities managing a project budget greater than $10 million.

• 2 years project management experience in a healthcare setting.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Licensure Registration and/or Certification

• Valid drivers license in the State of Texas
