Bloomington MN Direct Hire $110k - $130k bonus opportunity

Konik is partnering with a well-respected construction company voted in the Top 200 Workplace in Minnesota seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead commercial role focuses on leading commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout collaborating with clients design teams trade partners and internal staff. You will help ensure projects are delivered on time on budget and to quality standards while facilitating smooth operations and client communication.

Senior Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Communicate project status schedules and updates with clients field staff and trade partners.
• Maintain project schedules and coordinate tasks for efficient workflow.
• Monitor budgets and assist in cost tracking ensuring project scopes align with financial targets.
• Collaborate with estimators to validate project estimates and review scopes of work.
• Assist in preparing change orders and ensure approvals are in place before execution.
• Secure necessary permits and schedule inspections.
• Lead and coordinate job supervisors and field staff to achieve project objectives.
• Participate in project meetings and support collections of receivables when needed.
• Apply practical construction knowledge to solve site issues and keep projects moving forward.

Senior Project Manager Qualifications:

• 5 years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Solid understanding of construction methods scheduling and cost management.
• Highly organized proactive and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with project management software (Procore Sage) and Microsoft Office.
• Valid drivers license with a clean record and ability to pass an MVR screening.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Valid DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one if required.
