A Senior Project Manager leads complex highvalue implementation projects from sales handover through final acceptance owning scope schedule cost quality risk and customer satisfaction. This role serves as the strategic partner for customers and internal teams driving solution alignment commercial performance and operational excellence. The Senior PM manages multistakeholder projects negotiates change orders ensures strong financial outcomes and provides leadership across engineering software supply chain and service. They also mentor project managers improve processes and tools and contribute to organizational growth in a fastpaced startuplike environment.

Your tasks

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading large complex implementation projects from sales handover through final acceptance. This role manages all aspects of project delivery including scope schedule cost quality risk and customer satisfaction. It requires coordination across engineering software supply chain installation partners and service teams to ensure successful execution and alignment with customer requirements.

The Senior Project Manager provides strategic input during the sales phase supports solution development and ensures structured transitions between sales realization and service. Responsibilities include financial oversight forecasting margin protection change order negotiation and proactive risk management. The role also contributes to organizational development by mentoring project managers improving project tools and processes and supporting governance standards.

Advanced project leadership Demonstrated ability to lead multiphase automation or logistics projects with complex technical operational and commercial requirements.
