The Boeing Company has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Management Specialist (Level 4) to join the Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) organization supporting the VC-25B programs Build Integration Integrated Product Team (IPT).

BDS is a global leader in the development production maintenance and enhancement of fixed-wing and rotary wing aircraft commercial and government satellites human spaceflight programs and weapons. Key markets include aeronautics space and weapons. Core capabilities are in development production and mission enabling upgrades of integrated solutions. Position Responsibilities:

• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders and peers.
• Leads others and directs all phases of assigned cross-organizational or business unit projects demonstrating proficiency in all project management areas in accordance with accepted project management standards in the industry (e.g. PMI Project Management Body of Knowledge PMBOK ANSI and ISO standards).
• Oversight and management responsibility (including performance management & reporting) for a portfolio of small to medium size projects in support of organizational the goals and objectives.
• Identifies key stakeholder project specific objectives and requirements.
• Ensures the assigned team is executing the identified and assigned tasks and providing appropriate tracking and reporting per plan.
• Provides in-depth analysis of project culminating with lessons learned and historical reports for incorporation into future project plans.
• Manages Risk Issues and Opportunities for the assigned projects.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3 experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
• 3 years of experience partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
• 3 years of experience collecting data from multiple sources performing analysis and presenting data.
• 3 years of experience with any of the following: Project/Program Management Procurement Supplier Program Management Engineering Production Engineering and/or Supplier Quality
• 3 years of experience collaborating with Senior level executives and/or project management and/or complex operations

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelors degree or higher
• Experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM)
• Familiarity with aerospace program management processes and terminology.
• Experience with Lean Agile or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with RIO (Risks Issues and Opportunities processes and tools)

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range for $118150 - $159850
