The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a high-impact Senior Program Procurement Lead who is comfortable setting direction and working in the weeds. This position will lead and scale the programs established centralized procurement organization owning a high-volume multimillion-dollar purchasing portfolio that drives a significant share of monthly revenue across rapidly expanding Counter-UAS mission areas. The role pairs organizational leadership with daily hands-on execution strengthening disciplined acquisition management rigorous FAR/DFARS compliance and scalable purchasing systems that keep pace with high-velocity DoD procurements and multi-theater material demands.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the programs procurement team maturing and scaling the centralized purchasing function structures workflows and subcontract frameworks to meet growing demand.
- Serve as the authoritative interface for all purchasing matters across technical managers program support staff and government stakeholders.
- Scale high-volume procurement pipelines to keep pace with rapidly expanding Counter-UAS material and acquisition requirements.
- Stay hands-on drafting negotiating and executing complex procurement packages alongside the team.
- Drive absolute FAR/DFARS compliance and integrate technical requirements with defense contracting standards to eliminate purchasing friction and accelerate cycle velocity.
- Own procurement driven revenue forecasting and lead the team in maintaining systems that accurately track material receipt ensuring timely reliable revenue recognition.
- Manage subcontractor relationships and material readiness to prevent supply chain bottlenecks across multiple theaters.
