Senior Program Manager – Legal and Contract Services

Senior Program Manager Legal and Contract Services

Seeking a Senior Program Manager to oversee the legal contract services procurement and risk management activities within the Legal and Contract Services program area.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:

• Overseeing the development negotiation and execution of various contract instruments consistent with federal state and local regulatory and/or grant requirements
• Overseeing the Transportation Departments procurement process in compliance with federal state and local regulatory and/or grant requirements
• Overseeing the Transportation Departments risk process for pre-award and post-award grant requirements
• Managing the submittal of information necessary for committee and board actions
• Developing work plans and budgets and monitoring expenditures
• Preparing and delivering oral presentations
• Planning and attending meetings events and workshops
• Reviewing documents including correspondence spreadsheets presentations summaries documentation reports and contacts/agreements
• Supervising staff

This position requires at least seven years of job-related experience as well as a Bachelors degree in analytical quantitative methods. Candidate(s) should also possess excellent written and oral communication critical-thinking and problem-solving and excellent managerial and supervisor skills. Expertise of 2 Code of Federal Regulations 200 (2CFR200) is required for this position.
