What You Will Do

• Report Earned Value (EV) and perform EV analysis against the approved budget baseline and program schedule.
• Perform cost schedule and financial reporting activities including funding analysis tracking forecasting and reporting.
• Prepare financial analyses to support reporting and identification of financial and program variances.
• Analyze financial data to identify variances trends risks and forecast changes.
• Coordinate financial activities with Program Management Engineering Supply Chain and other functional teams.
• Prepare financial information and presentations for management reviews.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced degree in a related field
• Experience preparing financial reports forecasts variance analyses or management presentations.
• Experience analyzing financial data including variances trends risks or forecast changes.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date Day 1 with the ability to obtain program access after start.
• U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Experience coordinating financial activities with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating activities across multiple functional organizations.
• Experience supporting process improvement activities.
• Experience using SAP.

Onsite: Employees who are working in onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 68900 USD - 131100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
