The Production Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the production lines and oversees the daily job functions of employees to ensure each job is completed correctly and in a timely manner. 1st shift hours are Monday through Friday from 7am-3:30pm; may require additional hours including weekends depending on business needs. Leadership abilityEmployee relations/conflict resolutionsAn energetic motivated and dependable worker that is dedicated to the job and team The ability to function as a mature professional individual who interacts positively with teammates The willingness to function effectively in a team environment and tackle any task required for the success of the team As a Senior Production Supervisor you will: Read and follow instructions as provided by Production in setup and tear-down of line components as and work together with crew/team in assembly line personnel to maximize piece-rate speed on tasks to production schedule and make recommendations for optimizing the schedule to meet cost quality and service report/track assembly information to include materials consumed materials returned to stock and materials quality including but not limited to: Quantity of components tears item identification food safety line clearance expiration dates and lot Production Manager of any needed materials or material running in maintenance work orders to supervision for needed repairs be proactive in the maintenance of all necessary paperwork in an accurate and timely safe work habits at all times and set the example for all production with all company policies and procedures and maintaining good -train for other job positions as necessary and switch duties as to move to other shifts to aid in trainingAbility to work overtime as the job requiresAdditional duties as and predictable an industry leader TRG Cincinnati offers:52 weeks per year of job stability and opportunities for growth and career development!
