We are looking for Product Managers passionate about building customer-centric security products and this role you will help define product vision and strategy collaborate closely with engineering and design teams engage directly with customers and deliver solutions that solve complex security and identity challenges at enterprise teams are building the next generation of security capabilities across identity governance access management risk management compliance security operations and emerging technologies. Responsibilities
Define and drive product vision strategy roadmap and execution for security and identity-related products and services.
Partner closely with engineering design research data science and business stakeholders to deliver innovative customer-facing solutions.
Engage customers and partners to understand needs validate scenarios gather feedback and inform product decisions.
Translate customer market and business opportunities into clear product requirements and execution plans.
Drive alignment across cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders to achieve shared outcomes.
Prioritize investments and features based on customer impact business value technical feasibility and strategic goals.
Define success metrics monitor product performance and communicate results and impact to leadership.
Support go-to-market efforts by partnering with marketing sales and business teams to drive adoption and customer success.
Identify emerging trends opportunities and challenges across security identity governance compliance access management and related technology domains.
Foster a culture of innovation customer obsession accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree AND 2 years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
Other Requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree AND 5 years of experience in product management program management software development or a related technical field
- OR equivalent experience.
- Experience delivering customer-facing products in partnership with engineering teams.
- Strong product strategy analytical communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience translating customer needs into product decisions and execution.
- Knowledge of identity security governance compliance cloud security or Microsoft Security/Entra technologies.
- End-to-end UX experience
- AI-native PM experience
Product Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $102100 - $202200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133800 - $219200 per year.
Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $160200 - $261000 per year.
