Senior Product Manager Digital Multiphase Products

• Product Strategy & Planning 

• Define product strategy roadmap and portfolio for target markets (AI servers data centers networking telecom and computing) 

• Conduct competitive analysis and monitor market dynamics to inform strategic positioning 

• Develop business cases and market requirements documents for new product concepts 

• Identify and recommend features that keep our portfolio at the cutting edge 

• Product Development & Delivery 

• Partner with applications engineering design product engineering and test engineering teams to develop and launch products 

• Provide clear direction to the product development team fostering collaboration and innovation 

• Ensure alignment between engineering execution and market requirements 

• Go-to-Market & Sales 

• Develop compelling sales collateral customer presentations and competitive analysis 

• Create customer-facing documentation that clearly communicates value proposition and differentiation 

• Manage pricing strategy quotes and cost structures for assigned products 

• Cross-Functional Leadership 

• Collaborate with peer product managers to define integrated end-to-end solutions 

• Stay current with technology trends and emerging market needs to inform decision-making 

• Work effectively with distributed teams across multiple global offices 

• Documentation & Communication 

• Develop comprehensive product documentation training materials application notes and technical errata 

• Translate complex technical concepts into clear compelling messages for diverse audiences 

Qualifications :

• BSEE or related fields with 10 years of experience in marketing and/or product management of power semiconductor products.  MSEE or MBA is a plus. 

• Understanding of power management applications and products. 

• Proven success bringing multiple products to market and driving revenue growth 

• Deep experience in data center server cloud infrastructure networking telecom or computing markets 

• Knowledge of power semiconductor market dynamics customer requirements and competitive landscape 

• High energy self-motivated and go-getter attitude. 

• Excellent written and oral communications skills.  Ability to present complex concepts in a clear concise and effective way.  

• Excellent interpersonal skills.  Ability to work effectively with teams located in multiple offices around the world. 

• Ability to collaborate and be effective in a fast-paced environment.
