Senior Product Manager

Paymentus is seeking an experienced Sr. Product Manager I to help lead our roadmap and develop an innovative product that is going to have a world-changing impact on the future of small business. This position is based in Dallas.

• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to develop strategic product and feature roadmaps
• Be the internal evangelist build consensus with executives colleagues and third parties.
• Define detailed use cases intended for engineering and design.
• Represent the customer & the business during design and development phases.
• Communicate status to stakeholders resolve issues and ensure that high quality products are delivered on time.
• Develop launch plans ensure readiness of the various stakeholders.
• Measure and report on the efficacy of initiatives and develop action plans

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers photocopiers and smartphones.

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Travel up to 5% may be required depending on business needs.
