About your role:

As a Senior Process Improvement Analyst Settlement Operations within the Settlement Controls and Solutions Global AI & Automation Center of Excellence you will support the automation measurement and standardization of settlement operations across North America LATAM APAC and EMEA. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes analyze settlement activities and help drive the adoption of automation and process improvement initiatives.

What youll do:

• Support multiple projects and initiatives by tracking activities maintaining project documentation monitoring milestones and providing status updates.
• Assist in the intake documentation and evaluation of automation and process improvement requests to ensure adherence to established standards and procedures.
• Analyze global settlement reconciliation and exception data to identify trends operational risks and improvement opportunities.
• Support the development and maintenance of reporting and metrics related to settlement operations and automation performance including benefit tracking and operational efficiency measurements.
• Maintain documentation and inventories of automation solutions including process details ownership information dependencies and support requirements.
• Partner with regional teams to support process standardization efforts and encourage adoption of new tools and operational practices.
• Assist with training initiatives for new processes and tools keeping teams engaged and participating through change.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities to enhance efficiency reduce manual work and improve accuracy across settlement operations.

Experience youll need to have:

• 4 years of experience analyzing business processes identifying operational issues supporting process improvement initiatives and/or similar discipline
• Experience supporting automation workflow improvement or operational transformation initiatives.
• Experience analyzing and interpreting operational data to support decision-making performance measurement or a related discipline
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel including data analysis reporting and management of large data sets
• Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education related experience and/or military experience

Experience that would be great to have:

• Experience creating process documentation procedures training materials or operational guides preferred.
• Experience in settlement payments treasury or cash management operations.
• Experience with internal controls audit activities or compliance processes.
• Experience in a center of excellence shared services or global process role.
• Experience applying artificial intelligence tools to operational processes including how candidates are assessed controlled and monitored after go-live.
• Experience with treasury management systems or enterprise resource planning platforms.
• Experience building dashboards and recurring reporting in Power BI or a similar tool.

How youll work:

• This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experience helps you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
• This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.

Travel:

• Approximately 20% travel off-site or to other office locations is expected.

These pay ranges apply to employees in Maryland. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ. Certain Positions are Commissions eligible.
