The Senior Process Engineer is responsible for providing support for multiple product families related to safety quality service product cost process improvements and customer feedback across chemical extrusion textile and biomedical manufacturing processes. This role leads and participates in cross-functional teams to achieve project goals support continuous improvement initiatives and drive manufacturing performance.

Based at Medtronics North Haven Connecticut campus a major manufacturing and engineering site supporting Surgical Innovations products the Senior Process Engineer serves as a technical expert for production equipment and manufacturing processes. The role also supports new products transitioning from R&D into manufacturing helping ensure successful product launch operational readiness and long-term manufacturing sustainability.

The Senior Process Engineer will:

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degreewith a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience

• OR Masters degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience

• OR PhD with 0 years relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$103200.00 - $154800.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).

The base salary range is applicable across the United States excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience certification/education market conditions and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
