Job Summary
is looking for a Senior People Operations Partner to join our People team and help deliver an exceptional employee experience as we continue to grow and scale.
Reporting to the VP People this is a highly collaborative hands-on role with broad exposure across the People function. Youll own critical day-to-day HR operations while also helping build and improve the programs processes and systems that support our employees and the business.
This is a hybrid role with an expectation to work from our office Tuesday through Thursday each week. We believe being together in person creates meaningful opportunities for collaboration connection and partnership particularly for a role that works so closely with employees and leaders across the company.

- Deliver a high-touch customer-first experience to employees managers and cross-functional partners
- Support the development implementation and continuous improvement of People programs policies and processes
- Own and execute a range of day-to-day People Operations activities ensuring accuracy consistency and an excellent employee experience
- Partner with our PEO and internal stakeholders to support payroll benefits compensation administration and other employee programs
- Manage employee leaves of absence including coordination with employees managers our PEO and applicable leave programs
- Support recruiting pre-boarding and new-hire readiness in partnership with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers
- Manage the background screening process and related pre-employment requirements
- Lead employee onboarding and offboarding processes ensuring a thoughtful and seamless experience
- Coordinate employment-based immigration matters partnering with employees managers and external immigration counsel to support visa sponsorship transfers extensions and other immigration processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records documentation and HR systems
- Support compliance with federal state and local employment requirements and help translate regulatory requirements into practical People processes
- Identify opportunities to simplify automate and improve how we operate as the company scales
- Contribute to broader People initiatives across employee experience engagement learning and development and organizational effectiveness
- Brings 5 years of progressive HR experience across Human Resources People Operations and/or HR Business Partnership ideally within a high-growth environment
- Has strong working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR compliance with experience navigating requirements across multiple states
- Has exceptional attention to detail and a track record of executing accurately in areas where the details matter
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable balancing multiple priorities while adapting as business needs evolve
- Operates with a strong sense of ownership sound judgment and a bias for action
- Builds trusted relationships and collaborates effectively with employees managers executives and cross-functional partners
- Has experience building improving and scaling People processes and programs rather than simply administering established ones
- Thinks critically about the employee experience and looks for ways to make People programs more effective intuitive and scalable
- Is comfortable rolling up their sleeves and moving fluidly between strategic projects and hands-on execution
- Brings curiosity resourcefulness and a continuous-improvement mindset to their work

Salary Range
Salary range: $155000 to $185000 USD per year.
This salary range represents the low and high end of the estimated salary range for this position. The actual base salary offered for the role is dependent on several factors. Our base salary is just one component of a comprehensive total rewards package.
