Job Summary
What Youll Do:
As a People Business Partner for Product and Engineering youll enable leaders to make data-driven people decisions that support execution and own and drive core people processes balancing executional rigor with speed. Youll identify patterns early surface insights quickly and help leaders course-correct before people challenges impact focus of this role is reducing friction increasing clarity and amplifying leadership impact as the organization scales.
About the role:
This role sits at the center of CoreWeaves Product and Engineering organization partnering with senior leaders through a period of rapid growth and increasing complexity. This is not a role where you wait to be asked you bring a clear point of view operate independently across complex situations and are embedded deeply enough in the business to anticipate what leaders need before they articulate it.
You think about the upstream and downstream implications of every recommendation build trusted relationships through coaching and knowledge sharing and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes even in ambiguous or fast-moving environments. This person shapes initiatives refines how people work gets done across P&E and elevates the quality of decisions across the organization.

- Talent Management: Drive workforce planning talent calibration and performance management activities across P&E enabling consistent and defensible people decisions. Apply deep expertise to hold the bar on job architecture and leveling in a function where those lines can blur.
- People Risk & Workplace Advisory: Independently manage complex people matters balancing risk speed and business practicality with sound judgment. Own the resolution not just the escalation.
- Cross-functional Delivery: Lead effective collaboration with People Team COEs and other stakeholders to deliver scalable business-aligned people solutions. Share insights and practices that raise the quality of work across the broader PBP team.

The base salary range for this role is $127000 to $168000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge skills experience and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining addition to base salary our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus equity awards and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
