This position is remote to enhance our competitive edge and expand our cross-functional collaboration efforts. This role will require up to 75% of travel to enhance collaboration and ensure successful completion of projects.

Primary Responsibilities

• Facilitates customized training and education programs for Medical and Academic Professionals on diagnostic and therapeutic procedures to increase procedural technology and product adoption to improve patient outcomes.

• Participates in conventions forums symposia educational content and scientific education programming meetings for promoting product and procedural awareness.

• Conducts/ Facilitates physician led education and consulting supports establishment and maintenance of customer relations with clinicians and organizations.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales marketing clinical and operational partners to support business objectives and customer needs.

• Navigate complex clinical environments and effectively manage competing priorities while maintaining professionalism and customer focus.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree with 4 years of relevant clinical healthcare education medical device or healthcare industry experience // or an advanced degree with 2 years of relevant clinical healthcare education medical device or healthcare industry experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience providing education training or support to healthcare professionals in a customer-facing environment.

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clinical and healthcare stakeholders.

• Experience supporting the adoption of new technologies products services or processes.

• Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.

• Experience working independently in dynamic fast-paced environments with changing priorities.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity while maintaining a customer-focused approach.

• Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams to achieve business and customer objectives.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering a high level of customer service.

• Experience presenting educational content facilitating training programs or leading professional development initiatives.

• Ability to effectively analyze situations adapt approaches and deliver solutions in complex environments.

For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$86400.00 - $129600.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).

The base salary range is applicable across the United States excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience certification/education market conditions and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
