The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex multi-million-dollar Oracle Cloud transformation programs and a proven track record of delivering enterprise implementations on time within budget and with high stakeholder satisfaction.
This role requires exceptional leadership executive-level communication and the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams across business and technical teams.

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Project Manager to lead a large-scale Oracle HCM Cloud implementation . The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex multi-million-dollar Oracle Cloud transformation programs and a proven track record of delivering enterprise implementations on time within budget and with high stakeholder satisfaction.
This role requires exceptional leadership executive-level communication and the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams across business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects for enterprise clients.
- Manage project scope schedule budget risks issues and resource planning.
- Drive project governance executive reporting and steering committee meetings.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including functional consultants technical teams business stakeholders and third-party vendors.
- Ensure successful project delivery while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans status reports RAID logs and executive dashboards.
- Manage project financials including forecasting budget tracking invoicing and billing activities.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide regular updates to executive leadership.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and organizational governance.
- 15 years of Project Management experience leading large enterprise technology implementations.
- Proven experience serving as the Project Manager for Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.
- Strong experience delivering large multi-million-dollar transformation programs.
- Excellent leadership stakeholder management negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience managing project financials including budgeting forecasting and billing.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with 3 days onsite per week.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working with one of the Big Four consulting firms on large enterprise transformation programs.
- Experience managing multiple vendors and large distributed project teams.
- PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent Project Management certification is a plus.
