Senior Operations Manager Warehouse Support Services(Position Contingent Upon Contract Award)Benefits Eligible: YesLocation: AlaskaAdvanced Supply Chain International (ASCI) is currently seeking applicants to be considered for a Senior Operations Manager Warehouse Support Services role. This position provides senior delivery leadership for multi-site warehouse and materials management operations supporting critical infrastructure operations in Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvide overall leadership and accountability for the safe and effective delivery of warehouse and materials management operations across multiple Alaska supervisors and operational teams to ensure consistent execution of materials handling inventory oversight and warehouse support ASCI operational processes with client systems and performance and implement operational plans that support efficient resource allocation workforce planning and service operational performance identify gaps and implement corrective actions to ensure consistent service staffing levels labor utilization and associated operational costs within approved a strong safety culture reinforcing accountability and adherence to all company and client safety as the primary operational liaison to client representatives maintaining open communication and proactive issue continuous improvement initiatives that enhance workflow efficiency accuracy and overall service leadership mentoring performance feedback and professional development support to assigned team operational readiness and coordinated response during high-priority or time-sensitive operational ASCI Core Values through daily leadership actions and Qualifications & ExperienceBachelors degree in Supply Chain Business Operations Management or related discipline. Relevant experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis. If substituting experience a High School Diploma or equivalent is of ten (10) years of progressive leadership experience in warehouse operations materials management or industrial supply chain Drivers License with a clean driving and ability to travel within Alaska and operate in active industrial environments with seasonal weather exposure.
